About MediaLab
MediaLab was originally developed in 2007 as a project within PQR, a well-established Dutch IT company and one of the Netherlands' leading IT infrastructure providers. What began as an internal solution for secure, professional file sharing quickly proved its value beyond PQR's own operations. In 2013, MediaLab separated from PQR and was established as an independent B2B SaaS company in its own right.
Since then, the platform has grown well beyond its filesharing roots into the single control layer for modern media operations, spanning upload, review, approval, automation, storage, and secure distribution. Today, MediaLab serves organizations including Disney, BBC Studios, Warner Bros., RTL, and Fremantle, delivering production-grade reliability for the workflows that cannot fail.
