It could be caused by a technical issue on our side. If it is, our automatic logging system will automatically pass us the error information to quickly see what happened and resolve it. If there are no ongoing incidents, please try the following steps to see if the issue is on your side.
Check if your browser is up to date here. We only support recent browsers so we recommend to you update your browser regularly to stay safe. Is your browser up to date? Try closing your browser, re-open it and reload MediaLab. Problem still exists? Try clearing your browser cache, and reload the page.
