Single Sign-On (SSO) shifts the login process from MediaLab to your organization’s authentication system. This means you’ll be redirected to your organization’s login page when signing in.

SSO must be enabled for your Lab before you can use it. Contact your Lab administrator if you’re unsure.

Steps for First-Time Login

1. Open your Lab’s login page by navigating to your Lab URL.
2. Click Login with Your Organization to be redirected to your organization’s login page.
3. If no account exists for your credentials, a new one will be created.
4. Once login is successful, you’ll be redirected back to your Lab.

Note:  If you’re redirected back to the login page instead of logging in, automatic account creation may be disabled. Contact your administrator for support.
