MediaLab attempts to extract Exif data for all uploaded media files and makes it available in the File Info dialog. In the bottom-right corner, you’ll find a button labeled Exif data, which opens the full extract of the file’s Exif information.

If no Exif data is available, the system likely did not detect your file as a media type. Try re-uploading the file or contact the service desk if you need more detailed support.

Note: While you can edit all non-technical metadata in MediaLab, Exif data cannot be modified. This ensures the integrity of the source file so that any file you download or share is always identical to the one originally uploaded.
