If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. On the login screen, click Forgot your password?
2. Enter your username and email address.
3. You’ll receive an email with a unique link to reset your password.

You can also ask your Lab administrator to reset it for you. If you’re unsure who that is, contact our service desk for assistance.
