Disconnecting Your Account

It’s not possible for users to disconnect their organization’s account from MediaLab. Please contact support for assistance.

No MediaLab Account and Unable to Log In

If this is your first time logging in and you don’t have a MediaLab account yet, you may be blocked for one of these reasons:

  • Your Lab administrator has disabled automatic account creation via SSO.
  • Your Lab has reached its user limit.

Existing MediaLab Account But Cannot Log In via SSO

If you already have a MediaLab account, you must first connect it to your organization’s account. See this article for guidance.
