The Pull add-on allows you to upload files to MediaLab via S3, Azure, FTP or UDP. It can be used to create watch folders with cloud storage services such as S3 buckets, Azure storage containers or FTP srevers.

Setting Up a Pull Profile

1. Go to Settings → Cloud storage → Pull profiles.
2. Click + (Add) and give your new profile a name (e.g., Avid import).
3. To adjust settings, click Edit:
   • Select or create a cloud connection.
   • Assign users to receive notifications when new files are uploaded.
   • Choose a target folder (by default, a new folder will be created with the profile’s name).
4. Click Save to confirm changes.
5. Click Activate to enable the profile.

The remote path will now be monitored, and new files will be imported automatically.

Note: You must be an administrator to access this feature. The Pull add-on must be enabled for your Lab — contact support if it is not available.
