You can share entire folders or subfolders, giving recipients access to browse media with all available features. Sharing is supported through both personal and anonymous share links.

When you share a folder:

• Recipients see updates dynamically, ensuring they always have access to the most recent content.
• You can also share complete folder structures at once.

For ongoing access to specific folders, create a regular user account with View/Download rights. Assign the user to a group with access to the relevant folder(s), giving them direct login access in MediaLab.

Sharing Files from Multiple Folders

• Use a custom Collection to combine files from different folders into one shareable set.
• Alternatively, in the share dialog, click Select from all folders to pick files from multiple locations.
